About Dr. Gavin Dry, M.D., FRCPS, PLLC
Dr. Dry completed his Bachelor of Science degree and Medical School training at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver Canada. He graduated suma cum laude from both college and medical school, and then went on to attend an internship in surgery, a plastic surgery residency and an additional year of micro-vascular hand surgery at the University of Washington. Due to his great interest in aesthetic Plastic Surgery he has traveled around the country to learn the newest techniques and to receive training specific for aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is board certified in Plastic Surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons and by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Ann Miller / Patient Care Coordinator
Ann Miller is our patient care coordinator and has 11 years of experience in the plastic surgery field. She is a liaison between patients, Dr. Dry and our staff. Ann is responsible for scheduling consultations and surgery. She also provides additional information to patients regarding their specific surgery and oversees the daily operation of surgical follow-ups and patient care calls. Patient service and satisfaction are her ultimate goal. In her free time, Ann spends time with her family and enjoys interior decorating, cooking, fitness and traveling.
Caren Woodbury / Nursing Staff (M.A.), Medical Aesthetician
Caren has been an M.A. for 12 years as well as being a licensed medical esthetician. She assists Dr Dry with surgery and also sees patients in follow up. Caren also provides our skin care consultations, pre and post op skin prep, as well as microdermabrasions. Helping the patients with their needs and also helping out in the OR makes her an invaluable asset. In her free time, Caren spends time with her husband and family and likes to take trips on her Harley.
Kathy Ross / C.S.T-FA, Surgical First Assistant
Kathy Ross, certified first assistant, brings 19 years of medical experience to our office. She follows patients from the initial consultation throughbrout post op and also assists Dr Dry is surgery. Kathy is an incredible asset to our office because of her warm, caring demeanor and patience. Outside of the office, Kathy spends time with her family and enjoys going to their cabin.
Melissa Christiansen / Nursing Staff R.N.,BSN, CNOR , Surgical First Assistant
Melissa has been an RN for 9 years. She has been in the plastic surgery field for 7 years. She most recently received her C.N.O.R. as well as her B.S.N. Melissa’s pleasant personality and caring demeanor help our patients feel comfortable in her care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and is an animal lover, especially her cats. She also enjoys traveling, DIY home remodeling and shopping.
