Ann Miller

Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator

Ann Miller is our Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator and has 13 years of experience in the plastic surgery field. She is a friendly liaison between patients, Dr. Dry and our staff. In addition to managing the front office, Ann is responsible for scheduling consultations and surgery. Her experience with both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery has allowed her to develop a wide breadth of knowledge which enables her to help patients with a variety of questions. She also provides additional information to patients regarding their pre-authorizations for insurance related surgery. Patient service and satisfaction are her ultimate goal. In her free time, Ann spends time with her family and enjoys interior decorating, cooking, fitness and spending time in Arizona.

Kathy Ross

C.S.T-FA, Surgical First Assistant

Kathy Ross, certified first assistant, brings 21 years of medical experience to our office. She follows patients from the initial consultation through out post op and also assists Dr Dry is surgery. Kathy is an incredible asset to our office because of her warm, caring demeanor and patience. Outside of the office, Kathy spends time with her family and enjoys going to their cabin.

Marianna Grigoryan

Front Office Coordinator/HR

Marianna is the newest member of our team and the first friendly face you’ll see at our office. She comes to us with over six years of customer service and medical receptionist experience. Being a true people person, she enjoys creating a friendly atmosphere, while helping and interacting with patients. Marianna’s main priority is to deliver the highest level of customer service and to ensure that all of our patients feel welcome and comfortable. Marianna has a degree in Human Resources. She successfully combines her experience, knowledge and education into the daily operations of Plastic Surgery Northwest. In her free time, Marianna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing, exercising and fashion. Marianna feels lucky to be a part of such an incredible team of professionals, led by a very gifted and compassionate surgeon.

Melissa Forslund

Nursing Staff RN, BSN, CNOR, Surgical First Assistant

Melissa has been an RN for 11 years. She has been in the plastic surgery field for 9 years. She most recently received her C.N.O.R. as well as her B.S.N. Melissa's pleasant personality and caring demeanor help our patients feel comfortable in her care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also enjoys traveling, DIY home remodeling and shopping.

Kristie Mattern

PA

Kristie Mattern, PA went to University of Montana and then continued her education at University of Alabama where she received her surgical PA. She comes to our office with a varied healthcare background including working with cardiologists and vascular surgeons. She assists Dr Dry with surgery, patient follow ups and pre-ops. Kristie enjoys the plastic surgery field as well as taking care of our patients. Kristie is an avid animal lover and spends lots of quality time with her pets.
